SHIPPING POLICY

(LOST OR LOST PACKAGES)

We are not responsible if the address entered is not correct. The customer must pay shipping again if the item was returned for that reason. Each order will take between 5 and 10 days to ship + shipping days by postal mail. Be careful, once you receive your tracking number and it is deposited for shipping, you are not responsible for the days it takes for your package to arrive. Most of our pieces are made to order. We normally ship 1 to 2 DAYS A WEEK

Refunds

At MacaStyle the pieces are made with different types of materials, such as raw materials, semi-precious stones, gold-plated metals, stainless steel, copper, countless materials that can vary in shape, color and size, therefore, features that are considered Rustic due to the hand-making of the pieces or their misuse do not qualify as a product in poor condition. The following are considered, but are not limited to, misuse of the part:

• Use of perfume or some chemical on the piece.

• Wet the parts, unless otherwise specified, this depends on the material used.

• Bathe on the beach with it unless otherwise specified, this depends on the material used.

Every purchase is final and firm from the moment you complete it since the products are specified and visible on the website. You choose the pieces freely and voluntarily. Correctly shipped merchandise has NO returns. Any item purchased that arrives in poor condition will be subject to a credit for the value of the piece purchased. It can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 5 to 10 days from the date of purchase. Said credit or change can be made in the following way:

The item in question will be inspected to determine if it qualifies for a return.

If the return meets the requirements, a line credit will be given. No money will be returned

After ten (10) days MacaStyle reserves the right to accept the return of the merchandise.

Personalized pieces (letters, names or others) are non-refundable.
